San Luis Obispo. We took our first long weekend trip last weekend to SLO. What a cool town. Enjoyed biking and hiking right out the door. Wineries EVERYwhere. Small mountains all around and only 10 miles to the beach. The town is home to Cal Poly University and sits halfway between San Francisco and LA. About a 2.5 hour drive from "the valley" where we live. This won't be our last visit!
